Campbell Hausfeld Airless Sprayer

Campbell Hausfeld wanted to establish a unique design for a handheld paint gun not found in the marketplace. Through our research, user testing, and observation, we found that most handheld paint guns have a cantilevered structure, which leads to a lack of balance as well as wrist and forearm fatigue while painting.
In order to counteract this tendency, we designed the gun with an overall vertical structure with the handle placed between the motor at the top and the paint reservoir at the bottom. The result was an ergonomically conscious product that differentiated the Campbell Hausfeld Airless Sprayer from its competitors in terms of look, feel, and comfort.
